About the Gannon Group
The Gannon Group (Blackrock Office Supplies) was founded in March 1981. The company is a family run operation concentrating specifically on the supply of all Office needs for the small to medium business in Ireland.
Through developing close partnerships with suppliers and customers alike, our enterprise has grown from strength to strength. We have opened our new showrooms in Celbridge and have invested both time and expertise in the choice of office machines in stock. From small desk top multifunctional machines to the higher connected full colour systems. The Gannon Group first achieved a Canon Mainline Copier Dealership in 1993, then the enviable Plus Accreditation and we have now been awarded the new Ecopy accreditation, this has brought The Gannon Group the true title of a total office supplies company.
Exceptional Customer Service together with a keen understanding of Customers real needs has led to year on year growth.

Our Business Premises
In December 2005 The Gannon Group moved its operations to M4 Business Park in Celbridge which facilitated the increase in staff levels and accommodated an impressive warehouse facility. Today The Gannon Group employs 19 full time employees to service approximately 400 live accounts.
Office Stationery:
The Gannon Group has been supplying Office Stationery to companies throughout Dublin for the past 27 years. The 2008 Catalogue contains nearly 30,000 products, 3,500 of which are new. This years range continues to offer the widest range of products for the office, business and SOHO. If our customers have a requirement outside of the catalogue The Gannon Group has access to over 180,000 additional office products. We also supply tea, coffee ect as well as janitorial supplies eliminating the need for petty cash on the premises
Office Furniture:
Whatever our customers requirements, The Gannon Group has the solution. Whether the aim of the project is to reduce clutter, accommodate new staff, renovate work spaces or design an entire office plan, we can professionally manage the project in its entirety. The Gannon Group will work with Customers to ensure that initial plans become reality. We also understand how important it is to our clients to maintain full cost control throughout the fit out project.
Office Machinery:
In 2002 The Gannon Group was the second largest dealer of Canon Office Machines in Ireland. In April 2003, the company was awarded with a Canon PLUS Accreditation. Being a PLUS partner we can offer the reassurance of expertise in Office Solutions and a first class service. Our customers need to be sure that they are making the right decisions, and because we are trained accredited and annually audited by Canon we can be relied upon to give you up to the minute expert advice. In 2007 we have received the accreditation from Canon to install and maintain the Ecopy system. At present we are the only company in Ireland to have this accreditation.
Ancillary Services Provided by The Gannon Group
Consultancy:
The Gannon Group’s business consultant will work with you to achieve real cost savings in your stationery orders. We will examine your stationery requirements and offer advice as to how you can reduce your spending on a specific list of frequently ordered products.
Management:
We understand how important it is for you to spend as little time as possible ensuring adequate levels of stationery stock. We provide our customers with central stocking management services, whereby a facility is fully stocked with a pre selected range of office products.
This is maintained and managed taking the burden of ordering away form our clients. This controlled approach leads to a real reduction in the annual cost of stationery and eliminates product wastage.
Dedicated Account Management:
Your Account Manager will be your initial point of contact for all queries and information gathering purposes. This person will carefully guide you through selecting the best products at the best price and will also ensure that you are fully comfortable with The Gannon Group’s ordering processes.
He/She will ensure that a comprehensive understanding of your unique requirements is established. With this information available every effort can be made to identify areas for possible cost reduction. Your Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that the services offered by The Gannon Group meets and exceeds expectations.

Customer Service:
A fast and efficient service comes as standard for The Gannon Group’s Clients. Competitively priced, top quality, branded products are delivered next day to your premises. A fundamental part of this process is our fully trained Customer Service Team. Any queries our customers may have in relation to their account are dealt with promptly and professionally ensuring complete customer care.
Emergency Requirement Response (E.R.R.)
Same day delivery is also available if you find yourself with an immediate requirement.
Next Day Delivery:
All stationery orders placed before 3pm will be despatched the following working day.
After this time, every effort will be made to deliver next day but no guarantee can be made.
Emergency Requirement:
Should our customers require an urgent delivery, delivery charges may be incurred. Every effort will be made to despatch urgent orders in the daily delivery run.
Service:
All customers with a service contract from The Gannon Group receive 4 hour callout service with a guarantee that should we not be able to fix the machine there and then we will have a loan machine despatched to them to use until their machine is up and running again. |
